Incorrect Shipping Information

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process a claim, you are required to provide:
- Clear photos of the damaged product(s)
- Photos of the packaging (including the shipping label)
Failure to provide photo evidence may result in denial of your claim.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
